WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS TO INDEPENDENT LIVING IN A RETIREMENT COMMUNITY?

An Independent Living Community is typically for residents 55 years of age or older. Independent living communities appeal to residents by providing “seniors only” social environments with many conveniences. Our all-inclusive rent includes all utilities, a service coordinator, maintenance, garbage removal service, DIRECTV, concierge transportation services for on-campus needs, scheduled bi-monthly housekeeping, and basic telephone service.
